Required Documents for Admission
The types of documents required to study in the USA
educational institutions differ according to the following:
Undergraduate Students
- Five copies of authenticated high school certificates with at least a very
good mention
- A scholarship letter indicating the academic program and
degree, or a letter of authorization for private students issued by the scholarship granting
institution
- Photocopies of the first and second pages of the student’s and dependents’
passport (if accompanying the student)
- TOFL score (if available)
- SAT score (if available)
- Home, work, and mailing addresses, telephone and fax numbers, and email
address in Saudi Arabia and in the USA
- Date of the first academic session, semester, or quarter to be attended by
the student
- Copies of authenticated and translated immunization certificates
Graduate Students
- Five copies of authenticated bachelors degree diploma and transcripts
with at least a very good GPA
- Five copies of authenticated Master’s degree diploma and transcripts
for doctoral and other graduate degree applicants
- Graduate students should submit resumes that show their educational
and research background, as well as their work experience,
publications, and awards
- Score of professional tests, such as: GMAT, GRE, LSAT, USMLE1
and II (knowledge skills and (Clinical Skills Assessment ).
- Scholarship letter indicating the academic program and degree, or a
letter of authorization private students issued by the scholarship granting
institution.
- Letters of recommendation (3-5) written by the student’s previous or
current professors
- Photocopies of the first and second pages of the student’s and
dependents’ passport (if accompanying the student)
- TOEFL score (if available)
- Statement of purpose (500 words)
- Home, Work and mailing addresses, telephone and fax numbers, and email
address in Saudi Arabia and in the USA
- Copies of authenticated and translated Immunization certificates.
Students will be reimbursed for the application fees if they provide
SACM with the following documents:
- A copy of the university letter of admission or denial
- The original copy of the check, a bill issued by the
university, or a credit card statement
- A copy of the application form and the university’s
response
