Degree AuthDegree Authentication

Associate and Bachelor Degree

1- Cover letter including your address, phone number, email, Saudi ID , School ID , and SSN.
2- A written consent letter for releasing your academic records to SACM, with your signature and date.
3- Filling the application form of the universities' degrees equivalency department found on (Ministry of Higher Education) at the following link.

4- Original Diploma.
5- Updated Official Transcript in a sealed envelope, degree must be posted.
6- Official Transcript from all educational institutions attended in sealed envelopes for the transfer credits.
7- Copy of the scholarship letter or the approval of the Ministry of Higher Education for your studying abroad.
8- Copy of the Saudi Passport
9- Copy of the Saudi National Identification Card.

Master Degree

1- In addition to the above requirements please provide the following:
2- Copy of the bachelor degree if it is from a Saudi University.
3- Original Diploma.
4- Updated Official Transcript in a sealed envelope, degree must be posted.
5- Official Transcript from all educational institutions attended in sealed envelopes for the transfer credits.
6- Copy of the thesis if applicable.

Ph.D. Degree

1- In addition to the above requirements please provide the following: 2- Copy of the Master degree if it is from a Saudi University.
3- Original Diploma.
4-  Updated Official Transcript in a sealed envelope, degree must be posted.
5- Official Transcript from all educational institutions attended in sealed envelopes for the transfer credits.
6- Copy of the dissertation.
